I talked with my dr. about this just last month. please ask your DR. you may be getting what you need fatty acid wise in your prenatal, and these are not water soluble. omega 3 fatty acid, is found in concentrated amounts in oily fish and, in lesser amounts, in other foods, such as walnuts and linseeds. Including DHA in your diet is essential for your baby's normal brain, eye and vision development, especially during the last trimester. Omega 3 has brain boosters (DHA, etc) that might help your baby. However, I still think that when pregnant, it would be best to consult your doctor on anything.
