How do I get complete omega-3 fatty acids if I'm a vegetarian?

I know flax seed oil provides ALA, but what about the EPA and DHA types? Does this only come from fish or can it be absorbed from plant products?

Fish has a lot of omega-3 fatty acids, and it's not a vegetable, so you can eat it.

Smart Balance has a peanut butter out that has what you need in it.

I'm pretty sure you can buy nutritional supplements that have all the omega acids you need.
