Is there a cholesterol in an omega 3 long chain fatty acids made of fish oils? |
If you have time to elaborate further your answer its very much appreciated. No: fish oils contain Docosahexanoic Acid (DHA) and Eicosapentanoic Acid (EPA) neither of which is a cholesterol. my Dr ordered me to take Omega 3-6-9 as I have high cholestorol so the fish oils should be good for you |
