Which one is the better brain booster? Omega 3 fatty acid or Gingo Bilboba? |
I was just wondering which is better since they are both supposed to be good for the brain. have never heard anything bad about the Omega 3's they BOTH work differently, so you would be advised to take both. umm,i not sure about it..its better ask a professional, they know reading what? I too have been reading about Omega 3s. They say Americans especially don't get enough because we don't eat enough fish or nuts. I think it would be better for brain power, especially over the long haul. But I also read you need the Omega 5s in conjunction with them. |
