What results did you personally get from Omega 3 fatty acid tablets? I take them to help my moods, along with a B complex, magnesium and calcium. Altogether, it seems to keep me well! it helps me concentrate more Fatty fish like salmon, sardines, and herring are high in omega-3 fatty acids, a healthy fat that's believed to have anticancer properties. Aim for two to three servings a week. |
