What can I do to improve my brain, without using Omega 3 or 6 (or any fatty acids)? |

What's wrong with Omega 3 or 6? They are healthful and promote brain health. Start by doing crosswords then move on to suduko, that will tax your brain and keep you alert. Also take a daily walks and try and get more exercise. Keep the blood flowing to your brain by physical activity. try adding salba to your foods (white sage seeds) it contains the o3&o6 without the meat based products. Where in the word did you get the idea that any Omega product would help a brain problem ... There has been no scientific reviewed papers by REAL scientists to show that to be the case at all. Exercise. There was a great story I just read about improving the brain. Use it to do things which you currently find difficult, stretching your memory, your mathematical skills, your logic etc. Only by using your brain in new ways, can you improve it. fish oil. Read. You COULD start by stop asking stupid questions! Running, jogging, or walking regularly will increase your cardiovascular fitness, and that should increase your blood flow to the brain. In theory at least. Your brain is a muscle - excersise it! Things like words games, scrabble or boggle, puzzles, reading, sudoku, will keep your mind in shape in much the same way as your body benefits from exercise. one single thing isn't going to improve your brain. you can try to eat pig brain. keep your brain active by doing crosswords and other puzzles also a good way to increase knowledge is by watching quiz shows,keep track of how many questions you get right the first time and then say a week later then a month later,you should see a slight increase each time. Use it in salads, on toast, with pasta, any way you would use butter or olive oil. ...Just take any multi vitamin that would have omega-3 included. You can buy these at a super market or something.
