Omega-3 fatty acid? Walnuts. Walnut oil has omega-3 fa's and it's really tasty. Use it in salads, on toast, with pasta, any way you would use butter or olive oil. go to the store Whole Foods and they should have it. Nut and Seed Products vitamins. |
