How has Omega 3 helped you? |
I have heard there are lots of benefits from taking Omega 3 Fatty Acid pills. What experiences have you had from them - bad or good? And how long did it take before you noticed a change. Would you recommend them? I have a condition called fibromyalgia... I take omega-3 every day. I have found that when I get a lot of muscle pain in my wrist from my illness when I forget to take it... I believe some Doctors of nutrition like Dr. Weir have concurred the fact that Omega-3 especially Flax oil have anti-inflamatory properties which can also reduce the narrowing of arteries. This may be one of the most important superfoods u can ever take. i tried taking omega 3 for the past few months and really give me benefits, before,my heart often palpitate,i can hardly breath, got chest and backaches, but after taking omega 3 for sometime, my condition improved and i seldom got palpitation now.it can also improved one complexion. i think it depend in your condition before knowing the results,if you are healthy enough,you wont see changes,only when you have ailments will you see changes. Now I know people who have taken the actual pills and seen nothing and just had diaherra. But in my own case I eat omega 3 foods instead and that has benefited on helping rid of some of my belly if your into watching what you eat. Plus i have way more energy after eating the right omega 3 foods like protein bar, salmon and such. Good luck! |
