If you have a lot of fat in your diet, can it do harm to also take omega 3? |
I have a moderately high-fat diet, though I have been working on this...the problem seems to be that when I try to eat less bad things and more good I seem to end up not eating anything at all. I am really working on this and have made some progress... You just need to figure if you and family can afford either expensive medical bills and/or a funeral. i take fish oil for fast heart beat, i take twice a day, There's nothing wrong with a high animal fat diet. Eskimos live on fats. I came across a site which stated ridiculous amounts of omega 3 can be harmful to the brain. WHY would you want to follow a low fat diet? Dieting will probably give you better results. |
