Do Omega-3/6/9 Fatty Acid supplements have an expiration date?

I have two bottles of the aforementioned supplement, and while I cannot find an expiration date, I found the numbers "10 08 362044 06" written on it's side. The ordinarily somewhat hard gel caps are much softer now. Are they still safe to consume or should I toss them?

Yes, they do have an expiration date and it is often on the bottom of the bottle. If not, check the label. The numbers you located, may or may not be the expiration date--they may be a lot number.

If you are not sure, you may be able to find the manufacturer's phone number on the label and give them a call---they will ask for a lot number.

If this doesn't work, and you're still in doubt, throw them out. It's not worth the possibility of becoming ill from a product that's become rancid.

yes its on the bottom of the bottle

Yes, and looks like you found them. and mine get softer if there in a warm room or place.
