Can anyone tell me what the core concepts are in Occupational Therapy please? I am really struggling?

I have an assignment to do and it is to discuss a statement we have been given in relation to the philosopy and core concepts of occupational therapy.

I have seen then stated as: 7 core concepts and these are: Altruism, Equality, Freedom, Justice, Dignity, Truth and Prudence?

Are Core concepts different to core skills?

I have also read that core concepts are: Motivation, Activities, Self Esteem, Creativity, Violation and Autonomy?

I was on the understanding there were only 7.

Any help please.

Thanks

the first ones are your concepts the other ones are the tools or skills an occupational therpist uses to get the job done.

An Ocuupation Therapist is different from a Physio therapist
Because an OC therapist deals with changing your life style to suit your new needs after the physio has helped your body heal to a managible state.
