Occupational Therapy worksheets/ handouts?

Do you know of any website where I can download free exercise/ activity sheets to improve fine motor and other skills for adults and kids? thanks!

Most of the sites listed below will take you to pages that contain treatment ideas, patient handouts, and printable worksheets. At first glance, the pages don't look that interesting, but if you "click around" on some of the links you will find many resources you can use in your practice. Good luck. I hope you find what you are looking for.

Try www.advanceforot.com and www.aota.org. I know they have some handouts that you can print out but I'm not sure if they have exercises specifically for fine motor skills. If you tell me what skills you're trying to work on, I may be able to give you some suggestions.
