Does anybody know how to contact New Jersey council for occupational therapy?

i just want to know the fax number

Did you try searching for it? There's information at:
http://www.state.nj.us/lps/ca/medical/oc...

Have you looked them up on-line or in the phone book.

I've discovered through personal experiance those are good places to find such things.

Another way to find out what their fax number is, is to...CALL THEM AND ASK!
