How broad are the career differences between occupational therapy and exercise physiology?

I am in my mid- thirties and looking to start a new career.

Well, as someone who is a healthcare provider I am not going into the differences between the actual job activities (although there are many....they are not alike) I'll let someone else tell you that. What I can tell you is that if I had to choose on the basis of job availability, and pay, and opportunity, and autonomy.....Occupational Therapists have it.
