My job is sending me 4 an occupational health assessment (think its a good idea) what should I ask & B wary of

Been off for emotional stress for nearly 4 wks. work is paying for the visit and they get the results? what goes on my record etc? how will this effect my prospects in the future? I know my health is important but so's the morgage

They are protecting themselves before you come back to work. Take advantage of whatever counseling is involved. The worst thing you can do is stress out about the evaluation. Try to make it fun or at least interesting.

The Regular use of the Homeopathic Remedy BRYONIA ALBA 30 brings down your stress levels and makes you feel relaxed and less stressed out without any side effects or complications.

Take Care and God Bless you !

depending on your job- it is supposed to be kept confidential. Any reports to your work is only to state whether the stress is valid ,should you be on "lighter duties" or best course of action. If you are unsure, then the best people to ask are the people at O.C. Write your questions down when you go...stress on any level tends to make a person edgy. If you are in a union then talk to your rep. good luck to you

It should be confidential. Your work is trying to see if they can salvage you as an employee and help you get to a better place. If you've missed a month of work due to stress (who isn't stressed these days) you need to be seeing a doctor on your own, that's a sure sign of a serious problem.

its just simple stuff like how u feeling, height, weight, any medical problems etc.its private and confidential so dont worry

I would say be as open and honest as possible! Apart from the fact that it will not have any thing to do with any other jobs you may try for in the future it could well help your current employer to help you (they will not want a recurrence of your illness any more than you do!). Also you will probably get some very useful advice from some very highly trained, professional people! Don't be so suspicious; make the most of it - you did say it was free didn't you!!!
