How can I effectively shorten wait times for patients in occupational health medical center? |
clinics? Make sure the Doctor/Practitioners arrive at the clinic on time. Do not double and triple book appointments. Call patients the day before to confirm appointments to make sure everyone knows when their appointment is so that they are on time. If a patient arrives late, make them reschedule (unless they have some serious illness). |
