Does having obsessive compulsive disorder make you obsess about people also? |
I have a lot of the symptoms of this disorder. However, what bothers me the most is I have a tendency at times to find myself obsessed with certain people who come into my life. Which, in the end ruins the friendship/relationship. I am trying to turn this off but I still can not overcome this problem? Any suggestions on where to get info, or how to make it stop? It does not sound as if you are diagnosed. Get diagnosed first, then worry about the little stuff later. research it online. How about some councseling ? im OCD, and it has nothing to do with obssessing over people, but maybe you have some sort of unresolved conflict within yourself that makes you want to focus on other peoples lives rather than your own, and it causes you to sabatouge your relationships, any way good luck trying to figure it out! |
