Obesity FITT?

Can someone pls tell me for obesity, what's the FREQUENCY of exercise an obese person should do? The INTENSITY of the exercise, the TYPE of exercise and TIME of exercise.

it depends upon the level of your obesity. only specialist can tell u after checking your health condition and heart and blood pressure and stuff like this. u shouldn't start exercising on your own - it might kill u. u have to visit a doctor or at least a fitness instructor, thou i don't think fitness instructors re any way authorised to give advices to people with health problems

The best thing to do is consult a specialist on weight loss. When you have undergone a medical checkup your doctor will be the one to determine the type of exercise or food that will be best, healthy and good for you.

So check with your doctor first. Best wishes as you go about this. Its not easy but i believe you can win the fight against this weight problem

Start with light exercise for 15 minutes for the first day and gradually enhance to 2 hours a day but depends on the age, health and age of a person.

obese person should start off with a walk around the neighbor or on a treadmill 3 time a week at a fast walking pace for about 30 mins. after doing that for about 3 weeks increase your time to 45 min up hills only for 3 weeks 3 days a week at a fast walking pace then increase time by 30 min until you reach your desire weight.

start with healthy eating and gradually introduce exercise a slow walk everyday would be good maybe swimming as water supports you body even aqua fit is good and fun speak to Ur Doctor be careful and good luck x

You should exercise very frequently, daily or more.
Walking is not intense enough exercise to burn fat.
Try jogging.
Get a great pair of running sneakers, get clothes that keep you cool while working out.
See a Dr, so you know your heart can take the workout.

Sorry, I am not well versed in that. But I can tell you a good way to lose weight easily and safely..

I used a detox programme and lost 15kg within 2 months. You can read more here:
