hi everybody In my family there is diabetes and it happens that when somebody gets everweight its diabetes gets worse, but what I don't understand is why some of them have got hypoglicemia. well my mom is a diabetic and she has to watch what she eats and she has to check her blood sugar before and after she eats and before she works out and i heard it is harder to lose wieght when you are a diabetic also you can ask askjeeves.com for more info i don't really know what obesity is sorry i hope i helped its a bad combination. :D Obesity and diabetes are linked to low vitamin D. you can call the American Diabetes Assoc. It also is linked to depression,osteoporosis,and some cancers. the older you get the less iu's of D produced in your body . 10 to 20 min. in the sun will do the trick.
