Obesity: is the people aware of the risks for the health?

All the fast food restaurants and candies sold in the cinema. The huge variety of fat products and nothing about being concious of this damage.
How much does the obesity cost to the health care system?

Obesity is a health-risk disease which people are aware of and
yet they tend to shun it and continue with their pretentious.
I think, it's their personal preferences and lifestyles which cause
such disease.
Also, today's food is full of fat products which literally is killing
people who love to eat without thinking of the consequences.

People are generally not ignorant of the food choices they make. They choose to eat what they like when they like. Obesity in itself is a personal lifestyle problem/decision of obese people, and theirs to handle any way they choose. It is probably not something that directly affects you.

billions, but thats life.
