Childhood obesity? |
i have been called various names because i have been diagnosed with "child-hood obesity." it's sad, but it's genetic, because i try to eat healthy. i have been called "blubby chubs", "fat face", "lardo", "fatty mcfat fat", "blubbenstein", and even and various other names, including "rosie o'donell." how do i help myself from being s o fat and insulted. Childhood obesity is NOT completely genetic! Much of it is very much affected by your diet and exercise choices. That said, there are genetic factors that cause others to have the tendency to be heavier, while some people can basically eat whatever they want and still be stick thin. Fat is never genetic. Bone structure can be, but fat is all based on eating dicisions. You can eat healthy and still be fat, so the best idea is to eat low-calorie AND healthy. A diet and earplugs!!!! exercise and eat healthy. maybe u can run on a treadmil for an hour daily. I know how u feel i'm a fat preteen too. i feel sorry for u Not sure how old you are, since your vocabulary and sentence structure are awfully mature, but I would think that the doctor who diagnosed you would be able to help you lose weight. If you are eating healthily, then you need to increase your exercise. This could mean signing up for a sport at school, like volleyball or basketball or track, or something as simple as walking to school every day. exercise should be easy get invovled in sports your still a kid! I came across this great product for weight loss and it was excellent for me. Together with a good diet and exercise I am finally happy with my body and the way I look.
