Will I die from obesity?

Make me aware of all the risks associated with obesity. I am currently obese (I think or at least very overweight) since falling pregnant with my daughter about 2 years ago, I used to be healthy and know how to eat right and maintain a healthy weight but I have become more or less sedentary and I crave crappy foods every day or even just excessive volumes of toast. Please scare me shitless about obesity so that I will stop procrastinating and do something about it!!!!!!!!

The question is:

Do you want to live long enough to see your daughter grow up into a mature women, get married, and maybe see the day you will become a a grandmother?

Do you want to live your life unhealthy always feeling guilty?

It's up to you to change. If you change, you will feel alot better and your quality of life will improve dramatically

You only get one body, one life, take care of it.

Heart disease and other heart related or vein problems, cancer, High blood pressure, stroke.
That's all I can think of for now.

When you grab your chest and say I can't breath,or when they remove one of your limbs,or when you go blind, from diabetes you will lose weight,My don't she look natural and such a pretty frock,Mama please come back.
