Does anyone have nystagmus?

It is absolutely annoying. Anyone have people asking them "why do you move your head?" ... I don't know about you, but I don't even KNOW when I am adjusting my head.. I am trying to "compensate" for this stupid disorder I suppose. It gets worse when I am stressed.. what about you?

hi my son has nystagmus an my sister an my dad an so on its inherited they all have movement of the head just explain to people who don't understand. an nystagmas does get worse sometimes when stressed or when your trying to concentrate on something. when your adjusting your head its just because your trying to find your null point because this is comfortable for your eyes. have a look at this web site its great www.nystagmus.co.uk its a great help for any unanswered questions.
