What is conugate gaze without deviationto eighter side without nystagmus?

this is concerning eyes

this is a good thing.
conjugate gaze means the eyes move together as they follow an object
without deviation means that one eye doesn't go all wonky
to one side
without nystagmus means no nystagmus (wiggling around of the eye which might indicate neurological problems)

so, this is all normal.
