I have recently found out I have a nut allergy...all kinds. Hahaha...thanks... I needed that today! :) Watch out for chinese food...many times they use a peanut or almond sauce in their food. Typically any baked goods like cookies and such are not a good plan. Fast food is typically safe. I babysit for a boy with a severe nut allergy. He carries a epipen and wears an identifying necklace. im allergic to other ppls nuts too! it's safe to eat places just look out for nuts don't eat penut butter or anything that looks like they might have it nuts aren't a very important allergy i have it and i don't even know i have it most of the time but any time i hear nuts i say im allergic don't worry its not that bad! |
