Percentage of Canadians with a (pea)nut allergy?

Can anyone tell me what the percentage of people in Canada have some form of nut (e.g. peanut) allergy? Also, what is the scientific term for a nut or peanut allergy? It would be helpful if you could identify your sources on these questions.
