Can eating too many nuts cause a nut allergy? |
I made granola, which contained cashews and almonds, two weeks ago, and have been eating it ever since. This would be the most consistent intake of nuts I have had in a long while. My throat started to swell two days ago. I am wondering if there is any connection between the swelling and the nut consumption. It is possible but to know for sure I would see a Dr. Honestly I am not sure but if you think that then you might want to stop and contact someone that would know. NO ! |
