I suffer from peanut/tree nut allergies, I am also allergic to coconut... would I be allergic to palm kernal? I've scoured the internet for an answer to this question, but can't seem to find anything.
My reactions tend to be anaphylactic, so you can understand why I'm worried.

The answer to question #20. I wasn't about to try to guess. Well, if you can't get your question definitively answered here, check with your doctor. Definitely don't take any chances on that one.

http://www.associatedcontent.com/article... Yes, you are most likely allergic. I am also allergic to tree nuts. A palm kernal is the center of a palm nut from the Palm tree. So it is a tree nut. I'd definately stay away. I wouldn't recommend using the oil either, as I react to nut oils.
