My daughter hada blood test to see if she had a nut allergy?

the result has come back neagative ,but my gp said something in her body is high so she is haveing an allergic reaction to something ,we now have to find out what it is ,does any 1 know what it could have been that is high in her body as i can not remember what it is .

Could it be total IgE that was high?

A high level of total IgE often indicates that there is indeed an allergy.
