Can you live without your nose?

Just wondering. . . it doesn't seem likely, but is there a possibility?

And what disease or disorders affects the nose? How does it work with other systems to keep the body healthy?

Yes you can. I saw a man once that had mouth cancer and he had no mouth or nose. He walked around with a rag in what was left of his mouth. He ate through a tube. I think he breathed through what was left of his mouth. He gurgled a lot. It was a sad sight. Not sure about the rest of the answer though.

Of course you can. Look at Michael Jackson

Some Egyptians did it...
You could breath through your mouth, but I heard somewhere that if you only breathe through your mouth you could get sick. So my answer is probably.
I have no clue about question #2.
Hey, I'm only 10!

wow :O cool question, sorry i dont know the answer but i'm slightly intuiged! (:

If you have allergy problems, cutting off your nose would not solve the fix it. The sinus cavities are further up inside and they would still run and cause problems.
