What is happening to me???

I grew up in a **** hell hole household so its probably some kind of PTS disorder or something but.... I need to know what this feeling is...

All i do is close my eyes really tight and envision various random memories and there is this weird "noise" that i hear and a sharp stinging in my head followed by a flash of white light then my body goes numb and I lose all feeling in my arms and legs and I have trouble opening my eyes. Finally when i manage to regain feeling after about 2 minutes or so of just laying there I either get a really really bad headache, I fall asleep, or I get a really bad bloody nose.

what is happening to me? is it some kind of self induced brain "frying" trick and i'm killing my brain cells? am i really harming my brain?

i do have a history of seizures and mental illnesses and even a small level of psychosis/dementia but this "noise" is really bothering because I can't find any help anywhere

You should go see a doctor.

you should REALLY see a doctor id say becuse of your history of seizures the unpleasnt memories are triggering some parts of the brian makeing all your sences go outa wack hope that helps

Yea, i think you should see a professional seeing that im still in a few courses away from my psych degree i can only say you should seek help so you dont do any permanent damage. My dad had a similar problem that hes currently taking prescriptions for and he was diagnosed with dementia and schizophrenia. Good luck to you and get it checked out so you dont do any irreversible damage.

Please go see a doctor and tell them whats going on because this could be serious. I really dont know what it is but if you are having bloody noses from it sometimes and numbness it could be causing something neurologically to go wrong.
