Does anyone...?

i have a sympton called reynauds phenomena... this means that when your affected areas(toes, finger tips, nose, tongue) get or touch cold things they turn yellow/white and purple/blue... it hurts sometimes... does anyone on here suffer from this disorder and if you... what do you do to prevent reynauds attacks?

Keep affected areas covered and warm. When going into the fridge or freezer, wear gloves.
