I'm not sure is i have body dysmorphic disorder?

so some things that happen to me is that i won't go hardly anywere anymore because i am scared someone will make fun of how big my nose or how wide my butt is even though people are always telling me other wise, and i'm very smart but when i tell someone about a flaw i have they tell me i'm on crack (which i'm not)
when i was about nine my mom was diagnosed with and depression and she became an aucoholic and hurt me pretty badly and a few people strated commenting
on the way i look and it hurt me so badly
anything offends me and i think i have an eating problem because i am naturally about 115 pounds and 5 foot 3 inches and am down to 97 pounds.
do u think i have any problems and how common is bdd?
thanks!

It's quite common for girls this disorder. Do you feel really strongly bad about how you look? And is it controlling how much you eat? Try to be honest with yourself about these 2 questions, if you answered yes please see a doctor and let them know as it's a real problem. You are underweight please try to eat more. It took YEARS for me to be comfortable with myself and how I look.

oh honey just have a cheeseburger will ya?

it tastes soo good

lighten up a little -- no pun intended

no, you don't have bdd....
you just have bad self esteem issues.

just EAT already.
