Do you know anyone taking Docetaxel and Carboplatin for Non-small cell Lung Cancer? |
My brother in law has just been diagnosed with cancer of the Lung, Liver, and Bone. Does not sound good at all. The Dr. said he was going to start him on a regimen of those two drugs. I googled them and it seems like individually they have low side effects. I wonder if anyone here has taken them or knows someone who has taken them? I have taken carboplatin and taxol which is a bit different to your brother in law. But I can say what I was on made me feel fairly sick. They do have some good anti nausea tablets, also make sure he rests a lot. I wish him well. |

Are you going to go through chemo now ? Or radiation?
