Does anyone have any alternative treatments they are trying for cancer?

My husband has stage 4 non small cell lung cancer. Another tumor has been treated in his brain with the gamma knife. It had been 3 years since the first tumor in his brain and the lung cancer were discovered. Are you eating any certain foods, taking any vitamins?Thanks.
