Drugs...in your opinion what are the top 3 worst illegal non prescription drugs?

meth, heroin and cocaine/crack. Ecstacy is generally cut with one of these three, so I suppose it could be tied in with the afforementioned drugs, but I wouldn't say it's the worst. Maybe that's because I've seen so much destruction from meth and crack.

cocaine,heroine,xtc. those are artficially mixed. so i think they are the worst. but i think weed and mushrooms can mash your brain too

Heroin,crack, methadone and alcohol. Only have personal experience with alcohol but I got eyes in my head.

crack cocaine and heroine are the most addictive, then I would say E's as according to the press, you never know exactly whats in them.

lol you can tell who has experience in these things -- people are leaving out ghb though and that is a sure ticket to the emergency room if you abuse it. meth is addictive and deadly -- even more deadly if you make your own in your bathtub. heroin is up there too. ecstasy is a blanket term for pills -- some are mdma and pretty harmless and some are rat poison and completely deadly!

meth is a growing problem in my area. I would say they are all very bad though just depending on what is aviable in your area. Meth is such a problem because it is so easy to manufacture.

I think all drugs, prescription and alcohol included, can potentially be the worst.

different people have different DOC's because of
different; body types, body chemistry, personalities, environments, diets, nutrient deficiencies, etc.. etc..

so what's considered the worst to one person might not even make the top three worst for someone else

meth would top my list
heroin falling in second
and coke third.
