Is there any legal non-prescription drugs that will help me sleep lighter? |
because i will be going to alaska for work for 90 days and i will be working from 7am-12pm and maby more but i have trouble getting up in the morning plusi cant even hear my alarm clock going off untill 30 min after it goes off is there any thing out there that u might suggest me getting of trying or any thing please help Coffee. Lots and lots of coffee. i envy you who can sleep deeply.enjoy,it means you are really resting! just buy different alarm clocks and set at intervals of 5 minutes half hour before waking up.or sleep close to the phone and heve the operator wake you up.costly for everyday but better than getting fired for showing up late 2 work.my guess is if you sleep lighter you will not rest as well-u r not used to it.and you will not perform as well or be alert enough ta the work place! I take melatonin, it works great and will help you feel well rested even if you cant get a long enough sleep.It never makes me feel groggy, it is sold in health food stores and drug stores, it is safe and natural.A big ben alarm put across the room might help.Don't set multiple alarms, it just trains you to ignore an alarm.Do you feel depressed?Do you pass out instead of falling to sleep naturallyI? it could be depression. |
