How can i help myself fall asleep at a certain time? |
Breathing techniques, ect? Or non-prescription drugs? very easy, here are the quick tips, 100% effective. People think it's weird but I sleep with a fan on. The "white noise" helps me fall asleep. Kinda drowns out all the other noises. I also sleep very well when it rains and I think it has something to do with a constant sound. listen to music, i literaly pass out after like 15 mins of listening to music on my ipod when i go to bed, but then again, everyone is different, just something u might wanna try |
