I need to get rid of ringworm?

I got ringworm 3 days ago from petting a dog. It's all over my tummy and back. What can I use that is non prescription? (I don't have any money for a doctor, and I have no health insurance.) Please don't tell me to go to a doctor. I've had this before and I know how to identify it. I've heard that diluting bleach or using tea tree oil is supposed to help. Does any one know something I can buy a the drug store that is actually intended for ring worm? Please let me know... this stuff is spreading like crazy.

use athletes foot medication, they are both fungus

It's weird...

srry but im ganna say this u need a dr. go to some shelter and ask them for help or a church...something its dangerous feel better

Rubbing alcohol... it's a fungus.. dry it out with the rubbing alcohol.. especially after a shower, bath, or work out that you were sweating...

that athletes foot creme. I know because my ex used to have it. She went to the doctor and he didnt write her a prescription, just told her to get that athletes foot creme (i can't think of the name). Anyways she had one on her arm and leg. It went away after 1 - 2 weeks.

Clear nail polish will do the trick because it cuts off the air, but that woiuld be a lot of painting. How wild did you get with that dog to get it all over like that, were you wrestling him??

I used to wrestle in high school, and wring worm was very prominent. I never got it but I knew a few people that did, most of them got some sort of cream from their doctor, but I knew a guy that used bleach, not really sure how it worked out, but you can always give it a try.

Check for home remedies on the net. I had it a couple of times some years back - from who knows what - it eventually went away on it's own. I think it's a fungus infection (not sure)? Be careful with the bleach - that's just bad for your skin period, even diluted. Maybe vinegar? I think I'm just guessing now, research the net, and/or your local library.

i have heard of bleach, i use to do wrestling in high school and the other guys had it and i think that what they did. iam not for sure ive never had one so dont dip yourself in bleach because i said this

Oh gosh...I have had ringworm a bunch of times.. no doctor is needed as im sure you already know its not really a worm but a fungus.. Any kind of over the counter anti-fungal cream or spray will work.Ive always used tinactin as it seems to get rid of it the fastest. Dont scratch(i know its hard) but it will get under your fingernails and spread to any other spot you touch.. good luck!!!!

Use Lammsil or a good Athletes foot remedy. Follow the instructions to the word and it should be gone between a week or two. Works a dream.
