Nicotine gum side efeccts....?

i stopped smoking in Jan 1st with the aid of gum.

last week or two though i find that when I chew the gum (4mg nicotine) I get a bit short of breath or my heart beats a bit faster.

Is this normal or should I stop chewing it

Nicotine speeds up the heart. It's an effect whether you're smoking, chewing, or injecting the junk. Nicotine gum might be delivering you a more concentrated dosage than you're used to. Some brands of nicotine gum have 2mg dosages, try that. If symptoms persist, see your GP.

you should always go to the doctor befor you chew any kind of nicotine gum. because you may be alergic

Nicotine is Nicotine, bad. But a stick after sex would be OK.
