Do I have nicotine withdrawal?

I am 16 years old, I don't smoke cigarettes as a habit, i do on occasion, i.e. once every one or two weeks.

I smoke hookah approximately once per week. I know there is a massive amount of nicotine ingested with every hookah session.

I do not want to hear that hookah is way worse than cigarettes, or much better, or any of the views that most people have based on being only partially informed. I don't want to hear this unless it relates directly to your answer. (i.e. large volumes / nicotine = withdrawal) I'm not worried about my health, i don't want to hear about the heath concerns.

My question is whether or not I am experiencing nicotine withdrawal.

I have had a somewhat persistent headache today and yesterday. Three days ago i smoked Hookah for an hour or an hour and a half.

There has been no change in my mood, no shakes, and no urges for a cigarette or to smoke more hookah, simply a persistent headache.

Do you think this is a symptom of withdrawl, or a simply a headache?

Withdraw ... no way! You do not smoke or ingest enough nicotine on a regular basis to possibly get withdraw symptoms.

My guess, from 10 years experience, if it is 3 days later like you said.... it's just a headache man.

If you are smoking it like a cigar you don't consume that much nicotine, if you inhale you do. As frequently as you do it, your body should adjust to it after a month it, if there is the slightest chance it is hookah related.

Smoking for that long in one session sounds like a little overdose on Nicotine. Call it a nicotine headache if you will.

Headaches could be related to a number of things; if you suspect nicotine, try cutting it out for a little while and see if it helps... although since you don't smoke that much, that might not even be the problem.

YES THE ANSWER IS YES, IAM TRULY SHOCKED THAT A PERSON WHO IS NOT THAT WORRIED ABOUT THEIR HEALTH WOULD EVEN BE ASKING,BUT SINCE YOU HAVE WHAT YOU ARE FEELING IS THE SHOCK THAT YOU HAVE PLACED ON YOU BEING
