Does the nicotine patch really work? |
Can you really tell a difference in your desire to smoke with the nicotine patch? Or is It more a mental kind of thing? They didn't work for friends of mine, I quit smoking 2 weeks ago today & I did it cold turkey, I decided I did not want to do this anymore & just finished off my pack & never opened a new one... not at all. i have tried using 3-4 at a time and i still couldnt tell a difference. get some 4 mg nicorrete(the 2 mg nicorette is even worse than the patch). i have been using it for about a month now and i have hardly smoked any cigarettes at all. you have to gradually use less though or it will be pointless. |
