Nicotine replacement addition?

I quit smoking 3 months ago. I started with nicorette gum and then used commit lozenges.. I decided its been long enough on the nicotine replacement stuff and to not buy anymore... now i feel like i need it, as bad as a cigarette addition!
Not sure what to do. I dont want to eat everything in site, like i have been doing today...
I also feel angry and stressed... like withdrawl symtoms....

I had the same problem with gum (never tried the lozenges). What I tried was weening myself off of the gum by chewing it at specific intervals during the day. Each week I'd increase the interval between chewing gum. Eventually i was chewing the gum just one time a week. That lasted for probably a month, then I quit the gum. Take your time with it and just try not to take any steps backward.

I conquered withdrawal symptoms by working out- running and weight lifting, which in turn also helped with the overeating.

Nicotine addiction is not fun.
