Nicotine and Cotinine in the System? |
I've read that Nicotine stays in the system for a short time but the Cotinine can last a few days longer. Based on smoking 8-10 cigarettes a day how long would Cotinine stay in my body...I have to take a urine test for my Health Insurance on Tuesday. about 3 days stop smoking because it's bad for you and your body and end up killing yourself |
