How long does it take nicotine to get out of your blood, hair, saliva, and urine?

I am a smoker for 3 yrs now about a pack a day.I am quitting tomorrow for my upcoming surgery and I have to be nicotine free to have the surgery. If the nicotine to not in my blood (saliva, hair and urine) I can schedule my surgery for sooner.I want to have the surgery asap. With my levels built up from 3 years worth of smoking when will I test negative for nicotine? Please help....I have searched the web and found results for people who smoke just one cigarette and want to know. This is important for me to find out. Please Help!!!

It only takes 12 days for it to be out of your system. It takes a life time to quit wanting one.
