Nicotine withdrawal, or something worse?

I recently quit smoking- about three days ago. Four days ago, I started taking adderol, as well. I've noticed a decrease in appetite and a decrease in my body's need for sleep (in it's opinion.) I know that's from the adderol, but I've also been experiencing pretty bad stomach cramps. I can barely eat food at all- I just served myself four tablespoons of mashed potatoes, one half inch slice of meat loaf, and a little gravy, could only force myself to eat half of it, then threw up the half I *did* eat right afterwards.

I've also been noticing a lot of joint and muscle pains. Does anyone know what any of this could have been caused by? Is this just nicotine withdrawal? I mean, I haven't had a craving for cigarettes or anything!

It's nicotine withdrawal. Start drinking LOTS of water. You need to clean your body out fast. Oh, and eat sunflower seeds. Mmmmm. The adderol isn't helping any, but your body wants some nicotine. Eat saltine crackers, take some vitamins, have a cookie. You deserve one. You are more brave than me. I have given up smoking many times. So many times, in fact, that it isn't as much smoking as it is taking a break. Pathetic, I know. Next time, it's for real. I've been doing lots of research on how to quit. Good luck. Stay strong.

Whatever it is, it'd be better if you saw a doctor. Describe your symptoms and get some advice. That way you won't have to worry. And while losing your appetite for a short while shouldn't be a problem, too little food will cause more health problems if it goes on for weeks.

Well is the adderol a prescription or are you taking it just to be taking it? Because the one time I took some adderol I felt like shi*t for days. Same thing, couldn't eat, my body hurt and generally felt like I was going to die. Unless the doctor told you to take the adderol don't take it! Best of luck with quitting smoking!
