A question about niacin?

i took niacin the day after using ecstacy and also drank water. i had also smoked weed a few days before that and i still passed my test.

it seems as if niacin worked but as im researching im seeing that it doesnt? im confused because someone i know takes no more than 500mg of niacin and he passes his drug tests everytime.

soooo i knoww niacin isnt nessacarily good for you but from my own experience and from the friend i know...doesnt it work? and i know i didnt pass my test just because i drank water because i didnt drink very much.

i dont know how to comment back to the person who answer this sooo im doing it here. ha sorry im new at this...

but yeah its just one of those cheap at home drug tests.

so do you think im good taking the niacin?

What type of test was it, a strip test or a 10 point lab performed test? It really depends on the type of test and amount of drug usage. Small amounts of drugs are acceptable in lab tests. Also, strip tests are inaccurate. A friend of mine was failing the home test that you buy at the drug store for cocaine but passed his court ordered strip test. Also, they don't always test for every drug on random drug screens. One time it may be everything another time it may be just cocaine or pot. As far as Niacin I have used it in the past and did well too. Either way your playing Russian roulette.

I pulled this off a recent 10 pt. lab test result sheet.
marijuana will allow 50 nanograms/ million
cocaine 150ng/ml
opiates 300ng/ml etc....
If you are under these limits you will pass

They also test for Integrety checks (Flushing, anti-oxidants)
Creatinine, oxibizing adulterants and PH

You probably have a cheap worthless tester,
(maybe one that a kid invented so parents think you aren't doing that LOL)
niacin is nothing more than vitamin B3
and it is in corn so anybody that eats a lot of corn would pass any tester if it was the niacin

I smoked everyday for years and stopped smoking 5days before a drugtest and took about 2g-2.5g of niacin a day and passed the test. Other than taking the first pill and feeling like i had a horrible sunburn for an hour or 2 it was all good.
