How much niacin is in powerade? |
i drink mountain blast powerade a lot and ive come to wonder, exactly how much niacin is in a normal sport grip bottle of the stuff? (keep in mind that i am not talking about gatorade, propel, powerade option, or even the small containers of powerade which contain 50% more niacin). i know that on the bottle it reads 10%, but that doesnt tell me anything in the way of grams or mg, so can anyone tell me? also, please dont just tell me to type it into a search engine or to go to their website, whereas that is not an actual answer and i have tried both (this includes both google, yahoo, and askjeeves). thanks! by the way-vegito, you didnt answer a thing and are just a loser looking to earn points because you have nothing else better to do, thanks a lot man! 2mg per 8 fl oz.
