Niacin (I think)?


I have heard from quite a few people that niacin would help someone lose weight. Is this true and if so, how does it help?

thats a myth. Its believed that multi-vitamins (not just Niacin) helps one loose weight cause your body doesn't feel deprived of nutrients... therefore you eat less. Remember our technology has changed today therefore our food has been bleached off of it nutrients. As a result of this, one needs to eat more in order to feel satisfied. people believe B vitamins (in an injection form) Helps patients in weight loss.... but I'll give you 3 cues in loosing weight
1. Drink lots of water (at least 3 liters) you burn 1700 extra calories
2. Dont eat processed foods. avoid them like the plague. Only have the sparingly
3. avoid sweets, meats and alcohol.

Niacin reacts by stimulating your metabolism. It is best used if you are on an exercise program. Warning, it will make you kind of itchy at first.
