Can niacin be used to flush toxins from the body?

how effective is and what are the effects of using niacin to flush toxins from the body

Yes it can flush toxins from your body, but don't use too much, it will make you flush and itchy, so use sparingly. It is good to cleanse the liver which is a major organ that should be detoxified once in a while. hope this helps

Not by itself. It increases peripheral circulation in sufficient amounts to cause flushing of the face and skin. But you would need to do cardio for some time, sweat and do fat exchange and run plenty of fluids through. That would require some management of electrolytes and heat of sauna. And it would takt 2-6 weeks of daily sweating for a few hours.

The niacin flush is effective in stopping allergy symptoms, because it releases so much histamine at one time that it takes a while to build up again.

No,niacin "flushes" you by dilating your arteries.By dilating your arteries, blood rushes to the skin surface. When the blood reaches the skin surface, you could appear red...........or as some people call it"flushed".
